We collect the first month’s rent when an application is accepted and a Security Deposit when signing the lease and receiving keys to the property.

We will be checking credit of all applicants 18 years old and over that would be living in the property.

Security deposit is refundable and only damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted.

We have an online application. We ask for current paychecks for all applicants as well as credit score report.

Tenants can pay rent online or send us a check.

You are required by law to provide us a 30-day notice in writing. We will give you the paperwork to help you with the move-out process.

The owner of the property is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance that has been approved.
