Information Sharing

We also use a website tracking tool from HomePlatform, which works with our customer relationship management (CRM) system. It records the pages and listings you view, your IP address, your general location, and information you enter into forms on our site, which may include entries typed into a form before it is submitted. If you are already one of our contacts, or you later submit a form or click a link in one of our emails, this activity may be linked to your contact record, including earlier visits from the same browser. We use it to understand which homes and neighborhoods interest you and to follow up on your inquiries. HomePlatform provides this tool to us and receives this information in order to run it.
You can opt out of these technologies in several ways:
- Disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
- Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as a request to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising. When your browser sends this signal, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and our HomePlatform tracking tool do not load. Google Analytics continues to measure site traffic.
- Contact us using the details below to ask us to stop collecting your website activity, or to exercise the deletion rights described in Your Rights below.
- Adjust your ad preferences directly with Google and Meta, or opt out industry-wide through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
California residents have the right to request disclosure of personal information collected about them and to request deletion of that information, subject to certain exceptions under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
